2-threads, electronically controlled, universal and multifunctional bartacking machine OLISEW OLD-430-HX-05 equipped with servo motor built in the head of the machine (Direct Drive system) as well as stepping motors controlling separately each mechanism of machine. Maximum sewing speed is increased to 3200 spm. It is possible to make lots of various types of patterns and bartacking stitches. The machine is equipped with 89 programmed patterns of sewing. The memory of the machine enables for additional 512 patterns. The built-in SD card reader facilitates saving any number of patterns. There is fluent regulation of length and width of bartacking stitches. The functions programming such as cycles of various types of bartacking stitches etc. takes place in a clear control panel. The system of lubrication was also improved – oil is in a closed system and is distributed only to hook. Such solution prevents from oil’s leak from the top elements of the machine (mainly needle bar) which may cause the material get stained. Power supply is 230V.
