Description

Single needle lockstitch machine OLISEW OL-1510N-L25 with compound transport. It is destined for heavy material sewing such as leather, car and furniture upholstery. Long arm with working area between needle and body of the machine is 660 mm. Parameters: maximum sewing speed 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch is 9 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting is 16 mm, needle system is 135x17, thickness of thread is between 125 and 180 Nm. The model is equipped with mechanism protecting the hooks and needle against any damage. In comparison with standard one, the hook is larger about 30% which is especially useful in case of sewing with thick thread. There is also system of lubrication of hook and adjusting dial several steps scale which enables to regulate walking foot according to sewn materials. The switch placed next to needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. Servo motor 750W is equipped with positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
