Description
Two needles, long arm machine OLISEW OL-1560N-HL14 with compound transport. The machine is destined for heavy materials such as leather, car and furniture upholstery. There is a long arm with working space between a needle and a body of the machine – 360 mm long and 150 mm high. The machine is equipped with needle gauges: 6; 8; 10; 14 (standard is 12). Parameters: maximum sewing speed – 2000 spm, maximum length of stitch – 9 mm or 12 mm (in case of forward and backward sewing), height of foot lifting – 16 mm, needle system – 135x17, needle thickness – between 125 and 180 Nm. The machine is fitted with a mechanism of protecting needle and hook against damage. The hook is larger about 30% - it is useful in case of specialist sewing with thick threads. There is also a system of lubrication of hook as well as few steps dial for regulating the height of inside walking foot according to thickness of sewn material. The switch located near the needle bar turns on the function of bartacking while sewing. The servo motor 750W is equipped with the function of positioning, pneumatic foot lifting and back bartacking.
